$haded breaks down his artistry and what's next to come..
We love to discover new music and are so happy we had a chance to interview this artist. We asked $haded a few short questions about his artistry and what to expect next. Here's what he had to say..
Every artist has a unique story. Can you tell us a little about yours?
"I met one of my best friends in high school and he actually got me into it, he started getting into music shortly after we met so I told him it’d be fun to hop on one of his beats and one day after school he invited me over and that’s what started everything. I always liked music and wanted to create but didn’t know how, I use to write a lot of raps, songs, poems, song parodies. I’ve always liked expressing myself through writing."..
Please tell us about your art. What do you do / make / create? How? Why? What’s the message or inspiration, what do you hope people take away from it? What should we know about your artwork?
"I make music for the broken people, I want them to be able to heal through my music and feel motivated and optimistic for what they can do, and realize that they have a purpose."..
How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
"The best way to support me is to follow me on my social media to get updates on when I have a new song coming out, I’m most active on my Instagram, sharing helps a lot too!."..
NEW SINGLE “replacement” SET TO RELEASE JULY 4th, 2022. Follow $haded on Spotify to keep up!
What's your favorite song/project you've been apart of?
"My favorite song I’ve made so far has definitely been replacement, it’s just such a good vibe. The energy in the hook is what makes it."..
Did anyone influence you to start doing music?
"I’ve been inspired by the anti pop and hyper pop scene, brakence is the artist that really inspired me to get into music. I just love his unique sound and how he has so much emotion in his vocal performance."..
Who does what? Tell me about your team. Do you handle it all? Producer/Engineer/Writing etc.
"Since the start it’s always been me and my boy Jaden Monto. He is insanely talented and hard working and I wouldn’t be able to do it without him, I wouldn’t want to. The journey has been so awesome and each song we grow stronger."..
What advice would you give up and coming independent artists?
"Support other artists and work with whoever you can, too many people start out with an ego and that stubbornness will only hurt you. Don’t be afraid to show love and ask questions to people who are talented. I would also say it takes time so don’t be so hard on yourself and be happy you started the day you did."..
What differentiates you and your art from other artists/musicians?
"I’d say my writing and energy is what really makes me stand out. My hunger to get better will carry me to the top."..
